Policy
In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

How many servings are in each pouch?
Servings per pouch vary based on the recipe.
I always wondered how this food works in case of a world blackout or true Believers have to live off the radar out in the wilderness? Doesn’t everything have to be at the very least microwaved?
They only need water or hot water to reconstitute. Very easy to use.
What is the nutritional value of the food
The Nutritonal Panels for each recipe can now be viewed in the additional product images.
do you receive the same product every month?
Recipes configurations are changed quarterly to provide more variety.
Is shipping 20$ every month on the 50$ plan?
Shipping for this particular offer, when shipped to an address located in the contigious US, is $25 for the first month’s shipment and $15 for each month after that. Shipping is increased for orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
What is shipping charges per month?
Shipping varies based on the location to where you are shipping to. To determine the shipping for your order, you can add the items to your cart, then view your cart.
