In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.

No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

The small pH2O Water Pitcher has a 4 cup capacity (32 oz.)
What is the difference between the PH20 water filter and the King ?
The only difference between these two pitchers is the size. The King pitcher holds twice as much water as the smaller pitcher.

The best tasting water I have ever experienced. We live in Chicago and I thought that our water was great until I ran it through the pH2O pitcher.. When I travel local waters just taste bad. Use it for cooking as well. Made a great deal of difference in the flavor of my oatmeal.
We have decided to add it to the extreme survival bottles we already have. We are going to take this everywhere we travel. It is worth every penny.

This pitcher is the best! I love the easy fill at the top of lid and how easy it is to handle. The water tastes really good a big difference from our fluorinated tap water. So much better than bottled water and so much cheaper; this is a no brainer for anyone who drinks bottled water. Highly recommended.

Just received my ”pH20” pitcher. I can’t believe how good the water tastes in it !! The claims made for those who doubted them are true…I highly recommend that you purchase one or more if your able !!
