Items are usually shipped within 2 weeks of the date the order was placed. Please allow a maximum of 4-6 weeks for delivery on all orders.

Shipping for orders outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico is not available.

Policy
In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

I’d like to give a testimony in regards to this offering for the Old Mill Studio. When I heard Cindy Jacobs tell Jim Bakker at the Inaugeration that God wanted him to finish the studio for the reconciliation of the races it pierce my heart and I told the Lord if He supplied the money I’d give. When she was on the show recently she repeated that it was on God’s heart to finish the studio and at that very moment she was speaking my phone rang and it was my brother saying they sold my parents home and a check would be coming to me. So I promised the Lord I would give $1,000. to the Old Mill Studio. The check has arrived in time for this Roshashana Offering. Our God is truly amazing!
