No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

I am glad that this gluten free. My questions are: What is used a the binder to hold it all together ? Are there any mention of soy products used in the make up of this product ? The same question goes for any type of wheat, whole grain wheat or regular wheat ?
A complete list of ingredients can be found on the nutritional panel found in images and can also be downloaded from the product description. This product does not include any types of wheat or soy in the ingredients.
Can you ship to Guam? Guam is a U.S. Territory just like Puerto Rico, we use the U.S. Postal Service. I sincerely hope you can ship to Guam.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Guam.
I would love to purchase this product but I’m concerned about some of the ingredients. What is “ethoxyquin” ?? Also, I’d love it if it were non-gmo and less sodium (and use of sea salt instead). Thank you.
Ethoxyquin is a quinoline-based (organic compound) antioxidant used as a food preservative.

I am allergic to dairy and eggs. Do the burgers contain dairy and eggs?
The Gluten-Free Black Bean burger does not list eggs or dairy in the ingredients.
To answer some of the questions others have posed regarding individual servings etc. I purchased a Vacuum Sealer Machine from Amazon along with the sealer bags, also Oxygen packets. Once the bucket is open you can measure out the portions you need, put them in a quart or gallon bag along with a Oxygen packet, vacuum seal them and replace them in the bucket for storage. With the vacuumed packets this way they should last well beyond 7-10 years. As long as AIR does not get into the packet they will stay a very long time. NOTE: Check each sealed bag for any punctures that the ingredients in the Black Bean Mix may have gone thru the storage bag. The vacuum unit is quite powerful and a few bags may not stand up, so shake the bag and feel for any sharp points before you seal it..
I too am interested in single serving packets. I’ve wondered this about your other food products and have not ordered them for this reason. Single or smaller packets are needed. Please consider

Please advise if this product is NON GMO. Also, one of the major problems with American’s health is “low fat” and “bad fat.” Our bodies, especially our brains need “good fat.” What kind of fat is in this bucket? Thanks for helping me with clarification.
The Gluten-Free Black Bean Burger is not certified Non-GMO. According to the nutritional panel that can be downloaded from the description or viewed in the additional images, this product provides 1 g of fat per serving and does not include any saturated or trans fats.
What does packaged loose mean? Are they individually wrapped?
:Packaged loose” means that the contents of the Gluten-Free Black Bean Burger bucket are not individually wrapped.
Will you eventually make this in packets so I can enjoy now? Love eating the black bean burgers as a part of my regular diet. Would be great if you offered single packets to order for daily consumption! 🙂
