In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.

No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

If I open the can and then use a vacuum sealer to put it into small bags any estimates as to how long it will last?
Once the product has been opened, the shelf life cannot be guaranteed. Vacuum sealing the contents would help extend the shelf life, but an estimate as to how long cannot be given.
Is chicken in individual serving packets so whole container must not be refrigerated after opening?
No, the chicken is packaged loose. However, it is freeze-dried and there is no need for refrigeration after opening.
