In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

To get you started, we’ve include a “Fiesta Menu” with prep instructions for favorites such as Chicken Fajitas, Vegetarian Tacos, Bean Burritos, Enchiladas, Breakfast Burritos, Nachos and Quesadillas—all of which can be personalized with your own signature style! To round off the endless entrée possibilities, the Fiesta Bucket includes delicious Spanish Rice and Refried Bean to enjoy as side dishes or ingredients to your favorite entrées.

can you ship to UK please?
Shipping for orders outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico is not available at this time. Unfortunately the cost of duties, taxes, and customs clearance makes it very difficult for us to make this option available. In some cases, these charges can inflate the cost of shipping to be more than 2 or 3 times what the donation prices is for the item.
What would the price be if I were to cover these costs for this particular item, also to the UK?
Also, how is this food prepared? After a nuclear strike on the U.K. I do not expect to have a kitchen. The USA is more likely to suffer a land invasion, I believe.
We are unable to offer international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.
In regards to the preparation of the food, most of the recipes can be prepared by simply adding water during survival situations. The tortillas included in the Fiesta Bucket would need to be prepared using a heat source such as a fire or stove.
In situations where a heating source is a available, the recipes can be prepared by adding water and bringing to a boil.
