No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items

Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment

I live in country and have my on well. not county or city water, Have the PH20 pitcher, what does it filter and what about in safe level for acidity when using the PH20 pitcher

The extreme filter is suitable for well water, but the pH20 filter is not intended for well water use.

Question: Most of these say “bottle,” my concern is if they contain the filters?
This may seem silly but the way advertisement is on everything (like gluten free on water or 30% grass fed beef is “grass fed” or “all natural ingredients” and hidden anything but natural ingredients, or organic is a laugh unless certified nothing is as it says.
Do you include the filters or are these (extreme, advanced, etc.) bottles just bottles?!?!!

Yes, you will need to order the pH20 bottles in order to filter pH.

How long do the filters last before I need to replace them?
The filters will filter up to 100 gallons of water. Typical use lasts approximately 6 months. Please note that this may vary based on quality of water being filtered.
I’m looking at the various options/sales/specials and in the description for this it says: 6 for $125 and is a $480 value. The regular price is $25 per bottle as advertised elsewhere on the site. There’s a savings of $25. Where is the remainder of the savings and/or what is the $480 value?
The bottle labeled at $25 is currently on sale also. It is the lowest price we have ever had it. The $480 is based on the price before we lowered it.
So they were originally $80 each? I did a quick internet search for the same bottle, same labeling, same filter, and it ranges from $20-$30, regular price. What am I missing in the value of yours verses others? I want to purchase these but I’m a frugal consumer as well so I want to get the best value for my money.
$80 is Seychelle’s original MSRP. This dollar amount is given to us by the manufacturer.

filter is all that it says, and does all that is written up in the description. I bought one for myself . the Sport bottles was being offered for a special price I think it was 5 or 6 for a terrific offering. I gave them out as Christmas gifts 2016. I also got flash lights, that are rechargeable and the radio that has all kinds of great survival things on it. I only had one issue with one product which is being resolved by Customer Service. These products are top quality don’t hesitate. Please get the Extreme bottles they will save yours or the people you love’s very lives. God Bless you all.

Love these water bottles even my 2 yr. Old loves it. I purchased 6 plus pitchers being in oklahoma we have one of the highest chromium 6 lev. In the nation. Just one heads up i took mine on a plane to mexico with me an the cabin pressure wasnt rt. It did something a crack i think in the filter. When i opened lid water came shooting out an from then on water quality was really really bad.
