In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

Yes, the Pancake Recipe Book is included with the Buttermilk Pancakes Bucket.
But does it come with butter or syrup? Are these side buckets?
The Buttermilk Pancakes Bucket only contains pancake mix. We recommend the Honey Bucket and the #10 can of Butter found on our website to accompany the Buttermilk Pancake Bucket.

My family purchased the Year for Two buckets and tried the pancakes. They were Outstanding. We will now purchase a bucket or two as we love pancakes and these were Excellent. And that coming from a household where just about everything is made from scratch. Grab you a bucket or two, you won’t be sorry.

I’ve purchased food from The Jim Bakker Show for a couple of years. My husband would store the food in the basement. However, we never tasted any because we wanted to store as much as possible and we trusted the Jim Bakker Show when they repeatedly said the food is simply delicious. We decided to try one of the two pails, which included pancakes, we recently purchased since we had our grandchildren visiting. I have to admit I wasn’t really expecting a lot of flavor from the pancakes since they were prepared with water. Let me tell you those pancakes were some of the best I had ever tasted and my grandchildren loved them. I couldn’t believe the flavor and how easy they were to prepare. I’m excited about the pancakes and look forward to trying the other foods and purchasing more of Augason Farms food from the show!
