In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

I knew the phone pitcher wasn’t for well water,but didn’t realize it doesn’t take care of bacteria & viruss. The time it last is good but I didn’t realize about bacteria. We’ve been told we have good water, does that mean we’d be good? I do have some of the other bottles, but just liked the idea about ph balance. Will be needing a new filter soon, and now not sure what to do? Thank you!

We do have other bottles that would deal with this kind of situation.
If you would like you could use the other bottles to filter bacteria/viruses , and then squeeze water into pH to get the pH balance you desire.

my filter did not last a month and i use municipal water. i have to flush it everyday
I use FILTERED water and still have problem with clogged filter after1 month.
Do you use a water softener for your water?
Filter life will vary based on the quality of water that you are filtering. You may want to have your water tested and try pre-filtering using another method if you are experiencing shorter filter life.
I have well water and did not realize this filter was recommended for municipal water. How do you back flush the filter?
To flush the filter, attach the water tap flange (this was initially attached to the filter upon receipt) to a water faucet. Turn the faucet on once the flange is connected.
The pH2O filter is recommended for use with chlorinated municipal water sources as it does not have the ability to filter out bacteria and viruses that may be found in other water sources.
In case of emergency, can manicipal-like water be produce by filtering the same water twice? First , with the sports water bottle , and next filter the same water with PH20 pitchers. Please advise.
Yes, when the quality of water is unknown, we recommend first filtering your water with the Extreme Survival Bottle, then boosting the pH of your water with the pH20 bottle. The Extreme Survival Bottle will remove any viruses and bacteria that the pH20 bottle will not remove.
How can you use the same water to filter twice (first w/sports bottle & 2nd with pH20 pitcher)? You have to drink it when using the sports bottle in order to get the water thru the filter. The water is gone and can’t be used again in the pH20 bottle or pitcher.

Supposed to last 3 months, however I find it hard to get the filter to last one month. I have flushed the filter with rather poor results, sorry.

Filtering results will vary based on water quality. Water with poorer quality or more contaminants will cause the filter to become clogged more quickly. In some instances, you may be able to back flush the filter to remove some of the clogged pores of the filter. Please note that it is also recommended that these filters not be used with softened water or salt water.

I love the way my water taste with the PH2o filters but they don’t last the 100 gallons, I don’t have salt water or soft water. Wished you could do something about that because they are expensive to change every 30 days.
