In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

What it filters:
The My Daily RAD Pitcher removes up to 99.99% of:
- Aesthetics – offensive tastes, odors, chlorine, silt, sand, and sediment.
- Chemicals – industrial VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), PBCs, THMs (Trihalomethanes), detergents; Agricultural SOCs (Synthetic Organic Compounds), pesticides, DDT, etc.

can i use this filter on the family pitcher. it looks like the same filter?
This filter is compatible with the My Daily RAD Pitcher only. It is not compatible with the pH2O pitchers.
Bought the Seychelles pitcher a few years ago. We moved 8 months ago and now have a well. I’ve had to buy two filters during that time because the water wouldn’t flow through the filter anymore. Had no idea it couldn’t be used with well water. What do you recommend for filtering well water?

Oh no! So I just read that I can’t use this filters with well water. I do have a filtration system in the garage, so I don’t know if that makes a difference. However, I called a few months ago and the woman I spoke to said that the new filters should work in the old water pitcher. I have purchased 2 boxes of them for emergency usage. Now I guess they are worthless or else I have to throw away the old pitcher and buy the new one. I hate wasting my money that I could use for donations or buying food for storage. Why don’t they just make the filters to fit the pitchers? They look like they are the same size/
The RAD filter is not recommended for non-chlorinated water sources as it does not filter out bacteria and viruses that can sometimes be found in well water. You can use the RAD Water Pitcher with any water source. It is just not recommended as you will still be exposed to harmful bacteria and viruses. If you’re in home filtration system removes bacteria and viruses from the water, then you should be able to use the RAD filtration pitcher with excellent results.
will this new rad filter fit my pitcher I ordered 5 years ago…cant find filter for it anymore
If you have previously purchased the regular Seychelle Pitcher, you will need to get a RAD Pitcher reservoir. We had previously offered these when the RAD pitcher was first introduced. However, I am unsure as to the availability of the RAD Pitcher reservoir replacement. The water is so good at our house we only drink the water from the pitchers. I would advise anyone who likes to enjoy a glass of water to purchase a pitcher. When you cook, if you use the water, the food tastes better. If you put lettuce, carrots, any vegetable in the water it becomes crisper and has a better taste. I have 3 Pitchers all I need to do is to continue to purchase replacement Filters and the pitchers will continue to serve my family and friends.

You need to get a pitcher and replacement filters. THE BEST WATER YOU EVER TASTED! This pitcher is the easiest to use as well.
