Returns
Policy
In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

What are the specs on the hand crank

I have the previous generator and they ran out of the hand pump. Does this hand pump work on the previous generator? I would like to buy one if it works on the one I have. Is it possible to buy one?
The compatibility of the hand crank charger would depend on which version of the generator you have. The connector would need to match up. We currently do not offer the hand crank by itself.
Will these solar panels also work with your previous Lion Energy solar generator?
Yes, the solar panels are compatible with the older generator.
