In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

The PTL President’s Club is a 1 year commitment.
I thought there was a one time donation of 100.00 for the restoration Bible , am I wrong ?

So let me understand, a one time fee of $10.00 for the shipping of the Bible ? but after that just an electonic deduction for the $100.00 a month PTL club period. ? Yes or No
Yes, that is correct. Your first month’s donation will be a total of $110 ($100 donation + $10 shipping). All electronic deductions after your first month’s donation will be $100.
Why is there a $10.00 shipping charge for monthly donations? That seems weird!
The first month’s donation does include the cost of shipping the Bible. Each month after that, there is not a shipping cost involved.
Jim and Lori sign all president club bibles?
Yes, those who sign up for the PTL President’s Club will receive a Special Edition PTL Bible signed by Pastor Jim & Lori.
I am also looking for the PTL Club that you get Parallel Bible. I think it was $20 a month for a 1-year pledge. I saw Jim talking about it few shows ago. But can’t find it online.
