In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

55 Gallon Water Barrel
The 55-gallon water barrel is a durable container designed for water storage. The barrel is a closed water storage system with two fittings: 1 – 2″ BTR and 1 – 2″ NPS.

how do I buy refills for the pump 2 pure dual filtration pump??

How long can water stand before the deadly bacteria develops, and, does this filter take care of this bacteria if all of the water is not used up right away?
The amount of time that bacteria can develop depends on various circumstances. The Supreme pump does remove 99.99% of harmful bacteria and viruses.
How much does the empty water barrel weigh?
The empty weight of the barrel is 25 lbs.
The info says the pump filters 100 gallons. Since the barrel holds 55 gallons, does this mean the filter can only be used twice?
Yes, the pump could empty the barrel twice before needing to change the filter.
Please note that filter life varies based on the quality of water being filtered. If the water is heavily contaminated with dirt, etc., the filter will become clogged more quickly.
Can you buy just the pump? I couldn’t lift the barrel if it was empty.

when you receive your 55 gallon drum do you immediately fill it with water and store the water?
Yes, you can begin storing water immediately in the 55 Gallon container. You can also use the container as a “rain barrel” and collect rain water in it. The container can also be stored empty for use at a later time.

How do you collect rain water, does the top come completely off? How do you keep water fresh? If the water is placed in the rain barrel from a hose, how long does it keep?
