Returns
Policy
In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

The monthly clubs come packaged in a box with mylar pouches.
How much is shipping on 5 buckets
Shipping varies based on the size of the bucket and the location to where you are shipping to. To determine the shipping for your order, you can add the items to your cart, then view your cart. Shipping will be located under “Cart Totals”. If you are not logged in when adding items to your cart, you may enter your address to get an estimate.

i give this 10 stars eventhough the highest star count is five! when ups delivered my package, i opened it and thanked the Lord! oh my gosh-i really felt lke a kid getting a bonus birthday gift-i even danced around my little living room and told the dogs we got a great gift from the Lord!!!! im going to try the potato soup-it funny how i have really been wanting good potato soup and its in the package. im so very glad that i chose to get the food from your show Pastor Bakker!
