Policy
In the event that an item is received that is incorrect or was not ordered, please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 before returning the item.
Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show is not responsible for returns lost during shipment or any failure to deliver item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied. Please contact Customer Service at 877-528-2525 to make changes to the supplied shipping address.
No-Fault Cancellations & Refunds
Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable Items
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refusal of Shipment
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

Hi. I am in S Ontario Canada and temperatures get very hot in summer. I hope to have air conditioning next year but will my food spoil if it gets too warm? Thank you & God bless. :).
The optimal temperatures for the food is located in the descriptions of the food products. Thank you.
What is the preparation for these food pouches? Just add hot water?
Yes, most of the recipes require simply adding water. There are a few select recipes that require extra steps. For more information regarding cooking instructions, please refer to the recipe’s nutritional panel.
Can you get different items each month or the same items each month for 20.00?
The variety of recipes is changed quarterly. This means that every 3 months, you will receive a different variety of meals.
Can you choose which ones you get each quarter, or do you choose that for us? I’m a single mom (actually, step-grandmom) on disability – no help whatsoever, so my funds are limited, but I want to be prepared… I really appreciate that you are doing this, everywhere else the prices are for – well, the well-to-do, if you know what I mean. And, I can never save any canned goods, as soon as I go to the grocery store it’s g-o-n-e. 😉 (Not that I’d be wanting to lug around a box of heavy cans everywhere if something did go wrong!) Recipes are selected by the manufacturer each quarter.
I’m deathly allergic to strawberries, can that be swapped out?
Unforuntately, we are unable to make substitutions to the recipe configurations. However, recipes configurations are changed/rotated quarterly to allow for more variety.
DO you send the same 5 recipe pouches every month, or are there different varieties of food each month?
I know the bonus pouch is different each month.
The recipes you receive will change quarterly.

What is the BRAND name on the food. How much is shipping on the $20.00 a month
All of our 20-Year shelf life food is manufactured by Blue Chip Group. This company manufactures emergency food for Augason Farms, Grizzly Ridge, Emergency Prepared, and Crown Canyon.
Shipping for the Tasty Food Budget Monthly is $20 for the first shipment, then $10/month after that.
